Lance began his real estate career in Orange Beach shortly after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2005, where he obtained a degree in finance. Throughout his years of real estate sales, Lance has also been a ctive in real estate development and investment. In 2012, Lance co-founded two local insurance firms focused on creating and providing property insurance products for coastal Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and South Carolina. In 2015, Lance founded a US equities trading firm. Most recently Lance has refocused all of his efforts on developing and growing his real estate sales business. He teamed up with his wife, Erin Niel, to form The Niel Group in early 2017. When Lance isn’t busy with real estate, he thoroughly enjoys fishing, hunting, live music, and spending time with his family.
